Regional Drivers
Position Overview
As a Regional Driver, you will be responsible for delivering our high-quality, ethically sourced food products across a multi-state region. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to nourish communities with integrity, care, and purpose.
Compensation & Benefits
Earnings: Up to $1,500 per week, plus applicable benefits
Home Time: Home most weekends
Tax-Free Per Diem
Well-Maintained Equipment: Late-model trucks with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 56”–73” sleepers – all dealership serviced and thoroughly maintained
Service Area Includes:
IA, NE, MO, KS, OK, TX, MN, WI, IL, IN, OH
Typical Weekly Mileage: 1,820 – 2,500 miles (may vary based on preferences and availability)
Freight: No-touch, refrigerated (reefer)
Key Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently on designated regional routes
Deliver freight on time while maintaining accurate records and logs
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
Provide professional and courteous service to customers
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Physically able to lift and carry heavy loads as needed
